Terms and Conditions

1. Support requests: Support will be provided for web services, software, v-qrs, quickzcom, e-mail-related
issues and general website maintenance within the scope of the chosen plan.

2. Response time: We strive to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and
holidays.

3. Major design changes: The support plan does not cover major design overhauls or extensive website
modifications beyond the scope of general maintenance.

4. Exclusions: Third-party integrations, content creation, SEO services, and additional software licenses are not
included in the support plan.

5. Hours of support: The plan may include a specific number of support hours per month, which can be used
for website updates, revisions, or consultation.

6. Billing and renewal: The support plan is billed monthly or annually, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
Unused support hours do not carry over.

7. Limitation of liability: We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from website issues or
actions taken based on our support.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the support plan with proper notice. Refunds are not provided for
early termination.

9. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle any information shared during support requests in
accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any revisions will be communicated in
advance.
